It's obviously a complicated question
but also one that's always on your mind.
The brief answer: not as much as you may think.
Toscana Catering doesn't offer "packages" like
many traditional caterers or venues. Every party
we present is created entirely by you and our catering
director,
Erica Razze. The menu is tailored to your liking,
the rentals are ordered to your needs and the service
and other aspects of the party are customized to
your personality.
But so that you have a frame of
reference, we've provided really good food for charitable
fundraisers for as little as $17/hd.
Typically, the food portion of a basic plated multi-course meal starts at around $30. Of course, if you prefer premium selections (like an elegant raw bar, carved roasted whole tenderloin, or a lobster risotto station), the price will increase, but always remains reasonable.
Rental equipment, room rental, beverage and service
are variables that Erica will work out with you
based on the specific needs of your event. These
can take some time to determine but are almost always
less expensive than "the country club package".
